Χθες έγινε γνωστό ότι συνελήφθησαν οι τέσσερις ενήλικες κατηγορούμενοι για τον εμπρησμό στον καταυλισμό της Μόριας.
Το μεσημέρι της Τετάρτης, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες του ΑΠΕ – ΜΠΕ, παρουσιάστηκαν ενώπιον του εισαγγελέα Πρωτοδικών Μυτιλήνης.
Ο εισαγγελέας τους απήγγειλε κατηγορίες για εμπρησμό σε βαθμό κακουργήματος και σύστασης εγκληματικής ομάδας σε βαθμό πλημμελήματος. Και οι τέσσερις ζήτησαν προθεσμία και θα απολογηθούν το ερχόμενο Σαββάτο.
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι υπάρχουν και δυο ανήλικοι 17 ετών, οι οποίοι συνελήφθησαν για την ίδια υπόθεση, μετά από την έκδοση εντάλματος σύλληψης της Εισαγγελίας Πρωτοδικών Μυτιλήνης, στην Κατερίνη και στη Θεσσαλονίκη όπου είχαν μεταφερθεί με άλλους 204 ασυνόδευτους πρόσφυγες δεδομένης της καταστροφής του καταυλισμού.
Τις επόμενες μέρες αναμένεται να μεταφερθούν στη Μυτιλήνη αν και η διαδικασία για αυτούς έχει διαχωριστεί, αφού ισχύει η περί ανηλίκων νομοθεσία.
