Η Βασίλισσα Ελισάβετ επισκέφθηκε σήμερα την Ανθοκομική Έκθεση του Chelsea και περιηγήθηκε στους κήπους της.
Ένα τμήμα τους σχεδίασε η Δούκισσα του Cambridge, η σύζυγος του εγγονού της William.

Η έκθεση είναι το σημαντικότερο ανθοκομικό γεγονός στη Βρετανία και διοργανώνεται από τη Βασιλική Φυτοκομική Εταιρία (RHS), της οποίας η Ελισάβετ Β΄είναι ανάδοχος.
Όπως βλέπετε και στις φωτογραφίες, ο Δούκας και η Δούκισσα του Cambridge ήταν ανάμεσα στα πολλά μέλη της βασιλικής οικογένειας που συνόδευσαν την 93χρονη Ελισάβετ στην περιήγησή της στην έκθεση.

Τη Bασίλισσα υποδέχτηκε ο πρόεδρος της RHS, Νίκολας Μπέικον πριν την ξεναγήσει μεταξύ άλλων στον “Κήπο Πίσω στη Φύση” (“Back to Nature Garden”) που σχεδίασε η Kate.
